There's a new, online word cloud generator available and it offers some very nice features for students and adults. Best of all, it's free!

This would be a useful tool in any classroom context where a text analysis is occurring. It would help students recognise themes and patterns in the text which would be an aid in their ability to analyse it. The ability to see the prevalence of adjoining words is also helpful to contextualise the use of the word throughout the text. In a media class, students can sometimes not possess the best literacy skills so any tool that can make the theoretical aspect of the class easier is a bonus.
