This article is good for the collection because it's age appropriate and it's easy to understand. Also, it has really good evidence and reasons. In addition, the grammar and spelling is good

My description is that schools around the world should start at 8:30 am because that is a time were teens are more active. This gives examples of reasons that parents like to have active children and more attentive in class than sleepy and lazy children.

Blame science – and not your teenager – if they’re slow starters in the morning.

Teenagers just can't get eight hours of sleep if high schools starts much before 8 a.m.

University of Minnesota researcher Kyla Wahlstrom said that's because adolescents go through something called the sleep phase shift.
