Ligthroom 5 is fast becoming the go-to software for many photo-editing tasks. The ability to work with raw files, takes you image in numerous non-destructive directions, and process multiple files at once makes it a formidable program.

Photo editing with Instagram is a quick, easy and fun way to enhance your Smartphone pictures to share with friends.

As some of you may know, HDR photography is a big part of what I do. I’ve spent countless hours learning, practicing and honing my processing techniques and I’d like to think that by now I have an eye for a good HDR image.

One of the most highly & consistently asked question has been, “What do you use to edit your Instagram photos?” To be entirely honest i’ve been avoiding this question for one obvious reason…. I wanted to keep these apps a secret, but there comes a day when you realize that being selfish gets you nowhere.

Sometimes seeing another person sharing their secrets to editing, helps another to figure out either a contrasting element or brightness effect that we haven't quite figured out on our own. Make sure to look at part one before hand.

A great deal of post processing can be done in Photoshop, more than most photographers realize actually. As a designer, I didn't have Lightroom, and just wanted to adjust my photos to look a little nicer, little did I know the power behind Photoshop and its post processing.

This small hand held printer, activated by an app gives back to the physical copy world. Think of it as a super modern Polaroid. Nonetheless this very cool app and printer should be given some thought.

Sticking to their mantra "by creatives, for creatives", Visual Supply Co. has announced the VSCO Artist Initiative fund: a $100,000 scholarship fund that seeks to "provide artists the resources to pursue their creative vision."

With 98% of mobile malware being directed towards the Android operating system, it's no surprise that the Google Play Store contains more than a few insidious applications that intend to do you harm.
